Cancellation policy
Kewe Energy Drink LLC - Official Order Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 24, 2025
1. General Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which a customer may request to cancel an order placed on KeweEnergy.com. We are committed to processing orders promptly. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Therefore, the window for cancellation is limited.
2. Cancellation Window for Standard In-Stock Orders
Customers may request to cancel a standard, in-stock order within a two (2) hour window from the time the order was placed.
This two-hour window is the only period during which a cancellation is possible. After this period, the order is considered final and has entered the fulfillment process. At that point, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or recalled.
3. Cancellation Policy for Pre-Sale Orders
For items purchased on a "Pre-Sale" or "Pre-Order" basis, customers may request a cancellation for a full refund at any time before the order is locked for fulfillment.
Kewe Energy Drink will provide an official "fulfillment cutoff date" via email to all pre-sale customers at least seven (7) days in advance. Once the fulfillment cutoff date has passed, pre-sale orders are considered final and cannot be canceled.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, you must contact our Customer Excellence Team immediately by email at support@keweenergy.com.
The subject line of your email must state: "URGENT: Order Cancellation Request"
In the body of the email, you must include:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
Please Note: Submitting a cancellation request via email does not guarantee that your order will be canceled. The cancellation is only confirmed after you have received an official "Order Cancellation Confirmation" email from our team. If your order is processed and shipped before our team can process your request, the cancellation will not be possible.
5. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is successfully processed and confirmed, a full refund, including any shipping and handling charges, will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
6. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Any order that is outside the two-hour cancellation window for in-stock items.
- Any pre-sale order that is past the announced fulfillment cutoff date.
- Any order for which a shipment confirmation and tracking number have been generated.
Once an order has shipped, it is final and cannot be canceled. If you have an issue with your product after it has been delivered, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Policy Modification
Kewe Energy Drink reserves the right to amend or update this Order Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
