Kewe Energy Drink LLC - Official Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Information
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website, KeweEnergy.com. Our goal is to deliver your order of Kewe Energy Drink in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring it arrives in excellent condition. All orders are processed and shipped from our facilities in Florida, USA.
2. Pre-Sale Orders
Items purchased on a "Pre-Sale" or "Pre-Order" basis are not subject to the standard processing times outlined in Section 3. Pre-sale orders will be charged at the time of purchase and will be shipped when the product becomes available. The estimated shipping date for pre-sale items will be noted on the product page. Please be aware that these timelines are estimates and pre-sale orders are subject to potential production and shipping delays beyond our control. We will provide periodic updates via email to all pre-sale customers regarding the status of their order.
3. Order Processing
- Processing Time: For in-stock items, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Operating Days: Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT, excluding federal and state holidays within the United States. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control or the carrier's control (e.g., severe weather, high-volume periods).
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. A valid street address is required for delivery.
- APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- International Shipping: We currently do not ship to locations outside of the United States. All orders must have a shipping address within the 50 United States.
7. Damaged Orders
Kewe Energy Drink is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you received your order damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as they may be required for the carrier's investigation.
8. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from KeweEnergy.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier. The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been tendered to the shipping carrier.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. The Company is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order to the correct address.
10. Policy Modification
Kewe Energy Drink reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
