Kewe Energy Drink - Official Return and Refund Policy

Return Rules Summary
- 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Product Condition: Items must be unopened, in their original sealed packaging (e.g., an entire sealed case), and in resalable condition.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Final Sale: Certain items, including those marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original factory-sealed packaging (e.g., an entire unopened case of 12 cans), and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns on individual cans or opened cases due to safety and quality control standards.
2. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original sealed packaging.
- Individual cans.
- Items marked as "Final Sale," "Limited Edition," or "Discontinued."
- Gift cards.
- Apparel or merchandise (if applicable).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Excellence Team at support@keweenergy.com within the 14-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Product: You are responsible for securely packaging the product and paying for the return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Kewe Energy Drink is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refunds and Fees
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The following will be deducted from your refund:
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee equal to 15% of the item's original purchase price will be deducted. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and restocking the return.
- Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping and handling charges from your order are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
This return policy applies to discretionary returns (e.g., change of mind). If your order arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item, please contact us at support@keweenergy.com within seven (7) days of delivery.
For verified claims of damage or error on our part, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, and we will cover any associated shipping costs. The 15% restocking fee will not apply to these specific cases. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details on filing a claim for a damaged order.
