Our brand identity includes our name, logos, packaging, product renders, photography, videos, trademarks, copy, slogans, website content, and other original creative assets.
These elements are valuable intellectual property and may not be copied, altered, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission from KEWE.
Unauthorized use
You may not use KEWE brand assets in any way that creates confusion, misrepresents a relationship, or damages the brand.
This includes, without limitation:
- Using the KEWE name, logo, or product images without permission
- Creating modified versions of KEWE logos, packaging, or creative assets
- Using KEWE trademarks in domain names, social handles, ad copy, store names, or listing titles without approval
- Running paid ads that reference KEWE without written permission
- Selling KEWE products with altered packaging, altered claims, or inaccurate product information
- Using KEWE assets to imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership where none exists
- Creating unofficial bundles, promotional materials, or merchandise using the KEWE name or visuals
Marketplace protection
KEWE actively protects its brand across digital marketplaces and retail channels.
Unauthorized marketplace activity may include:
- Unauthorized resale
- Altered listings
- Outdated or inaccurate product claims
- Use of expired, damaged, or compromised inventory
- Misleading product titles, descriptions, or images
- Counterfeit or imitation goods
We reserve the right to report, restrict, or take action against any listing or seller that misuses the KEWE brand or creates a poor customer experience.
Creator and partner use
Creators, affiliates, agencies, distributors, and partners may only use KEWE brand assets that have been approved for use.
Approved use must follow current KEWE guidelines and may not include unauthorized edits, false claims, misleading messaging, or noncompliant disclosures.
Any approved access to KEWE assets may be revoked at any time.
Intellectual property
All KEWE trademarks, logos, packaging designs, product imagery, copy, and brand materials are owned by KEWE or used by KEWE with permission.
Nothing on this website grants any license, right, or approval to use KEWE intellectual property without prior written consent.
Enforcement
KEWE reserves the right to take any action necessary to protect its brand, including requesting removal of unauthorized content, reporting violations to platforms, restricting partner access, terminating relationships, and pursuing legal remedies where appropriate.
